§ I Bookings I §
Bookings & Reservations
Bookings open thirty days in advance through Fresha. A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures the time. The balance is taken at the appointment.
Bridal trial sessions are scheduled separately and confirmed in writing once the wedding date is held. Bridal day-of bookings require a signed run-sheet seven days before the date.
Editorial bookings are quoted by job. Day rate, half-day rate and on-set rates are confirmed by email before the call sheet is signed.
§ II Cancellation II §
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the appointment are refunded the deposit in full. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is retained and applied to the next available appointment within sixty days.
Bridal cancellations inside fourteen days of the wedding date are charged at 50% of the booked total. Inside seven days, the full booked total is due. This is the studio's only blocked time on the day, and the time cannot be rebooked at short notice.
Reschedules made more than 48 hours ahead are free of charge.
§ III Mobile III §
Mobile Service Fees
Bridal makeup travels within Greater Melbourne. Travel is calculated by Google Maps drive-time from the studio in Melbourne, VIC. Up to 30 minutes — no surcharge. 30–60 minutes — $80 flat. Over 60 minutes — quoted by email.
For destinations outside Greater Melbourne, please enquire. Accommodation may be requested for early-morning calls outside the metropolitan area.
§ IV Privacy IV §
Privacy & Data
HAUS OF V collects only the information needed to confirm a booking — name, contact details, service date and any allergies or skin sensitivities you choose to disclose. This information is held by the studio and by Fresha (our booking platform). It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Photographs taken at appointments may be used in the studio's portfolio with your written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time and request removal in writing.
You may request a copy of your record, or its deletion, by emailing hello@hausofv.studio.
§ V Conduct V §
Code of Conduct
The studio is one room. There is no waiting area beyond a single seat. Guests are welcome by prior arrangement only. Children are welcome at bridal appointments by arrangement.
The studio reserves the right to decline or end a service at its discretion if the safety of either party is compromised. Bookings made in another person's name without their knowledge will be cancelled.
